Bridge House Barn Wedding Photography

Looking for examples of Bridge House Barn wedding photography, I recently had the pleasure of photography a wedding there with Mike and Mel.

The day started early for me with Mike, grabbing a few pictures of him and his friends checking all the final details before the ceremony.

Mel and Mike had opted to have an outdoor wedding ceremony, led by Jo from My Perfect Ceremony, on a beautiful pagoda in front of the canal.

Luckily the cloud cover passed, and it was wonderfully sunny. Much laughter and emotion was shared by all during the ceremony.

We did the confetti photograph as they walked down the aisle, which was great. During the drinks reception, we did a few family photographs and I went for a short walk with Mel and Mike in the surrounding fields to shoot some romantic portraits of them both.

After the drinks reception, all the guests headed into the lovely tepee supplied by Sami Tipi to enjoy their wedding feast prepared by Thomas the Caterer.

Later in the day once the sun had set, the staff at the Bridge House Barn lit several fire pits around the tipi, which created a wonderful atmosphere for the evening reception.

Also a big thank you to Mike’s best man who helped me light the night photographs of the bride and groom.

Although I am a wedding photographer based in Nottingham, I do still photograph a fair few weddings in Leicestershire. So if you are planning a wedding Leicestershire, I would love to hear from you. Feel free to contact me here.
